Given most of these services are run by owners, I'd anticipated no one actually answering the call, as it was midday on a weekday. Right On's owner was the ONLY person to call back! He did so within minutes, and also got me the appointment date and time that I needed. He was on time, articulate and CLEARLY experienced. My dryer was fixed within 30 minutes of the appointment time. If you're perusing Google and the reviews to see whom to contact for service, my wife and I totally recommend him.
