This is literally the only appliance repair company we'll ever use! Fast, knowledgeable and courteous...just a few of the positive adjectives I could use. Mine was a electric clothes dryer repair, so my wife and I Googled for service companies. Right On was the fourth or fifth in order of the search results, I called each one. Given most of these services are run by owners, I'd anticipated no one actually answering the call, as it was midday on a weekday. Right On's owner was the ONLY person to call back! He did so within minutes, and also got me the appointment date and time that I needed. He was on time, articulate and CLEARLY experienced. My dryer was fixed within 30 minutes of the appointment time. If you're perusing Google and the reviews to see whom to contact for service, my wife and I totally recommend him. It was literally a 5 Star worthy experience. Highly recommend.

Was amazing, came out looked at the refrigerator that needed to be repaired. Ordered part and came back as soon as it was in and replaced it. Got my refrigerator back up and running correctly.
Everything for a reasonable price compared to others we had called. Also very honest and down to earth not walking to nickel and dime you like others. Highly recommend, if you're needing a great repair man. Will definitely be using for any and all other future repairs.

Kagum was amazing, very helpful and friendly!! When he let me know that the part he needed for repair was no longer available, he gave me multiple options for replacement machines!!

Kagum over at Right on Appliance is a busy guy, yet still made time the same day to help me with an issue. Extremely reliable and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

From the beginning, requesting a quote to scheduling the appointment was super easy with prompt response from the company. The technician, Kaygum, provided excellent customer service and after a thorough inspection, determined what was going on with our washer, and provided cost-saving solutions. If you are in need of an appliance repairman who is prompt, customer-oriented, and provides honest diagnostics/repair/service, than this is the place to bring your business. I will not call anyone else for any of my appliance repair needs.

Kagum was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Right On Appliance was recommended to me by a friend but with a quick Google search I found many other positive reviews. So glad we chose them because the fix was completed quickly and for a fair price.

This might be one of my first Google reviews, but since this is also the first time I’ve come across an appliance repair service that actually repairs appliances instead of just informing you that they’re out of warranty, I felt I should share this info with anyone needing appliance repair. Highly recommend! Also … booking was super easy and they’re punctual and knowledgeable.

This was the best experience I have ever had with an appliance repairman. He was 100% upfront with costs and came out within 3 hours of contacting him. I would highly recommend using him for your appliance repair needs
